57-year-old Jean-Marc Morandini is scheduled to appear at the Paris Criminal Court on Monday. The presenter is being prosecuted for corruption of minors over 15 years old. This crime is different from sexual assault.

The case began in early 2013. According to the prosecution, Jean-Marc Morandini met R., a 15-year-old fan who had come with his parents to attend one of his shows. An e-mail exchange of unmistakable rudeness would follow, although, according to the investigating judge, R.’s very young age could not escape the host. This one, however, claims the opposite.
