Cash National Police This Thursday night, they captured a man accused of kidnapping and raping a twelve-year-old girl in the San Juan de Lurigancho area.
This is Ismael Choque Perez, 36, who was arrested after being chased by the police.
In RPP Noticias statements, General Manuel Lozada indicated that the man was hiding inside a building in the area hicamarca.
In addition, the accused has a history of inappropriate touching of his daughter and domestic violence in 2012.
“He was found at the places where he stayed and hidden at the address in Hicamarca, where he was with the car. On account of his inappropriate touching of his own eight-year-old daughter, as well as domestic violence in 2012, ”he said.
The man was accused of kidnapping, doping and abusing a schoolgirl who got into the car he was driving to return home after school.
A complaint
The incident occurred last Monday, August 15, when the suspect drove a minor to the tap, drugged her, and then insulted her.
The juvenile arrived at her home the next day with the help of several neighbors and told her parents about the incident, who immediately went to the local police station to report it.
At the moment, Choque Perez has been transferred to the headquarters Department of Criminal Investigations San Juan de Lurigancho for due diligence.
Relatives and friends of the minor’s family went to the place and asked for justice in this case.
