This morning, prompt action by the Peruvian National Police (PNP) made it possible to capture three people. “racketeers” who, a few minutes before, had robbed motorcycle taxi driver at the height of block 2 of the Malecon Cheka Avenue, in the Zarate area, in the area San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL).
