Historical members Special counter-terrorism company “Chavin de Huantar”hostage rescue heroes in the residence of the Japanese ambassador, seized by terrorists MRI in December 1996, they will not participate in the military parade that will take place today at the army headquarters located in Sant Borj, according to information from Ministry of Defense (Mindef).
