Lima Mayor Rafael López Allaga opened the first emergency water point in the San Juan de Lurigancho area. At the event, the mayor indicated that there was hope that the initiative could be replicated throughout the city.
Santa Rosita Family Group thanked them for being the first to use this basic service.
More than 11,000 residents will have water 24 hours a day, and 13 pylons have been installed on this first section, where 60% of the area’s residents will have access to this service.
It should be noted that this project was made possible thanks to the work between sedapal, Corporation of Arequipa And Musiris family.
