The charred body of a man was found in a field located at the corner of the prolongation of Alisos with Santa Maria Street, on the border of Callao with the San Martin de Porres area.
Neighbors in the area told RPP News that at about 6 o’clock in the morning they saw a fire in a place that is usually used as a waste and waste dump.
However, their surprise was great when they discerned between the flames the obviously charred body of a woman.
Having learned about the find, family members came here to make sure that the burned body belonged to Liliana Liset Flores Cardoza40 years old, missing April 9th.
Local residents clarified that this was not the first time this had happened, and remembered that they had once found a dismembered body.
“There is no electricity, there are no policemen who come to control the territory, there are no CCTV cameras, there are many unprotected citizens in this place,” the neighbor said.
