“Because of this car, which is located here, on José Grande Avenue, robberies have become more frequent.. This is the smoking area. The car is abandoned and it’s pestilence. We submitted documents to the mayor’s office on November 28, and they tell us that there is no money, that they don’t have a crane to pick up the car,” he said.
“We told them that even if it’s half and half, and they tell me no, that not a single crane can enter because it has a process. and that it must be authorized by the Municipality of Lima or the Municipality of San Martin de Porres. They also suggest that we file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. They have notified the owner of the vehicle and are ignoring it. We ask that they listen to us, that they remove this car, because a lot of crime is encouraged here,” he added.
