A man beat his neighbor for putting up a gate in the aisle of her house in San Juan de Miraflores, Lima.

Victim identified as Carmen Herrera Figueroapointed to RPP news that he put a gate in front of his house so that cars and other patrons of the restaurant located in front of his house would not interfere with pedestrian traffic.

At that moment, Herrera Figueroa He said that his neighbor and her son started beating him in the middle of the street and in front of several witnesses.

“I put a wooden gate at the entrance, on the facade of my house, and so, when the lady came up to me to talk, and her son, they grabbed my wooden gate, they broke it. sweeping, he throws it on my body, pushes, and then his son comes and pushes me three or four times,” he said.

“I get up, he pushes me again and for the third time he hits me in the face, punches me, kicks me, hits me like a ball. And then he wanted to hang me, as if to kill me,” he added.
