A man beat his neighbor for putting up a gate in the aisle of her house in San Juan de Miraflores, Lima.
Victim identified as Carmen Herrera Figueroapointed to RPP news that he put a gate in front of his house so that cars and other patrons of the restaurant located in front of his house would not interfere with pedestrian traffic.
At that moment, Herrera Figueroa He said that his neighbor and her son started beating him in the middle of the street and in front of several witnesses.
