The Peruvian National Police (PNP) seized more than 1,400 cell phones, 11 laptops and other technology equipment, many of which were stolen, from the Polvos Azules shopping center in La Victoria.

The police department specified that the detainees respond to the names of Jordi Aparco Becerra, Wilmer Castillo Valdez, Herson Bello Sarango, Marcial Aparco Becerra, Adriana Alejandra Rincones Sanchez, Luis Milán Vasquez and Alvaro Lugo Lugo. The last three are Venezuelans by nationality.

“They were arrested for an alleged offense against property and acquisition, and for an alleged offense against industrial property,” he said.
