The perpetrator was identified as Alexander Jimmy Jesus Rajo (age 21) pseudonymHuaraquitawho was already being followed by law enforcement officers for stealing cell phones from passers-by and drivers of public and private vehicles in the area of ​​Manzanilla Avenue, in the aforementioned area of ​​the city.
