Victor’s sister asks to collect a video
Elisabeth Santisteban is calling for justice to find those responsible for the death of her brother Victor Santisteban Yaxavilka (55), who died after clashes on Saturday evening in central Lima.
She went to Lima’s mortuary, where she was told that her brother had died from being hit by a “hard blunt object”.
“There is a video that my brother was killed, a hard blunt object crushed his skull, not a stone, and we will definitely get to the last consequences. The one who must fall will fall, because there is a video, and we will look for all the videos that we needed,” he said.
