The official version of the newly improved Livik map, PUBG MOBILE’s exclusive fast-paced 2v2 map, will launch with several updated themed areas – each with its own distinct architecture and unique playstyles.
Renovated areas include:
midtstein — A complex urban environment with a mix of buildings interspersed with roads and alleys perfect for promoting focused, high-octane short-range fights.
Blomster — Wide roads divide Blomster into several sections with many viewpoints to discover and utilize. A newly built soccer field offers players a great place for leisure activities.
Logistics Center — The original Lumbar Yard has been upgraded to the new Logistic Center. This spacious zone is densely filled with lots of coverage. Players who are able to move quickly around tight turns will dominate this area.
iceborg — The new Iceborg emerges from a snow-covered plain. A tall church stands solemnly amid buildings lined up for the ultimate game of hide and seek.

On the official map, PUBG MOBILE will also add different ways to traverse Livik, with the introduction of a new four-seater UTV that traverses from mountains, roads and tight urban alleys. Additionally, vehicle ramps are being added for thrill-seeking players to launch their vehicles into areas inaccessible on foot to acquire rewards from exclusive activities. Ziplines will also provide fun and quick trips across the map.

In the official version, XT Firearms were added to Supply Shops in Livik. Some firearms can be upgraded to their XT variant by purchasing the XT Upgrade Box from the Supply Store.
Several new Livik features are designed to enhance gameplay and provide additional challenges for players. After entering a map, an Advanced Supply Zone will randomly appear near the flight path. While these zones are rich in supplies, they will also attract other players, leading to intense high-risk, high-reward skirmishes. Players will be able to participate in treasure hunts with a new in-game map, which they can use to mark boxes on the minimap. For keen-eyed players looking for some respite, hidden berries found on the new official map will restore the player’s energy.
Additionally, in the upcoming Update 2.0 release in May, a new emergency collection map engine will come to Erangel and Miramar maps in both ranked and unranked modes. When players are outside the Playzone, they can deploy Emergency Collection in an open area. Emergency Collection will spawn a hot air balloon, which will summon a rescue plane to take the player to the middle of the Playzone. However, even in the air, players can continue to take damage from the Blue Zone.
Expanding on update 1.9, which added classic battle royale maps to the arena, the new update 2.0 will also introduce an Arena version of the Sanhok map. The familiar “Towers of Recall” will also return to Erangel and Livik maps in Ranked Mode as a limited-time event.
In addition to adding new map mechanics, PUBG MOBILE also today revealed many control-related improvements, including a new haptic feedback feature that will be used with weapons, vehicles, character stats, sound preview, and more to give players a unique experience. even more immersive.

PUBG MOBILE also revealed a major update to its anti-cheating software with the announcement of the Ban Pan 2.0 Security System. The new system will provide better, smarter and faster anti-cheating measures for all PUBG MOBILE players on three main fronts: new anti-cheat features, match analysis and player reports. Equipped with state-of-the-art Fog of War Anti-Cheat technology system, players’ in-game vision can be intelligently identified. When taking into account the buildings and terrain of the map, the server will only send data from each player’s visible range back to the local device, while the information outside the player’s visual range in the game will not be synced locally, completely countering cheats, including X-ray vision and more.
The new “Eagle System” will empower the most experienced investigators, allowing real-time monitoring for more accurate in-game cheating assessments. Ban Pan 2.0’s AI learning modules have also been updated to detect a wide range of suspicious player behavior and impose penalties accordingly.

A new Ptopia Design Project was also announced, with plans to introduce an urban block for creative players from around the world to come together and create even more content.
Finally, in an exclusive preview, PUBG MOBILE announces upcoming collaborations with world-renowned K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK and the internationally acclaimed anime EVANGELION, all coming soon to PUBG MOBILE.
