14 years ago, a user started their Twitter story by getting a username @Jesus.
In this 2022, he was able to verify his account thanks to the purchase Elon Musk platforms as part of a controversial pay-to-pay verification project Twitter Blue for $8 a month.
insiders He talked to the user and learned his peculiar story.
From parody of Jesus to verification thanks to Elon Musk
According to him, he opened the account as a parody for publication on holidays, like Christmas or Easter.
“Despite the fact that I had it (account) for a long time, I was not sure if I could check it. I have previously applied for verification without success, but when Elon Musk changed the verification rules, and you can register on Twitter Blue to receive a confirmed check, I knew my time had come. It was immediate. I bought a subscription to Twitter Blue and when i confirmed the purchase with Apple Pay… I reopened Twitter and it has been verified,” he said.

The user indicates in his profile that he is a “carpenter, healer, God.” According to him, he conducted a test to show how absurd the new system of verification is. “Obviously, I am not Jesus. He doesn’t have an account Twitterhow can this be checked? It doesn’t make sense, he thought.
What is it like to be Jesus on Twitter?
According to him, he receives several requests for prayers. “I think they understand that I’m not really Jesus, but that should give them peace of mind if they send the request to the world anyway.”
The user doesn’t really have a plan like Jesus in Twitter and he believes that during this time he ran out of jokes involving disappearing for three days during Easter, only to return on Sunday.
Account owner @jesus has not revealed his real name as many people contact him to tell him he is going to hell, or worse, claim to know who he is in order to kill him.
