As the specialist stressed, depending on the region of the country, the eclipse will be visible for a certain period of 20 minutes.
“The maximum phase will fall at 13.28 – 13.50 depending on the region. The solar disk will be closed by 47 – 65%. For example, for Kharkov, the maximum phase is expected around 13.47 local time,” said forecaster.
At the same time, Kibalchich said that according to forecasts, cloudy weather is expected today.
“Observing this astronomical phenomenon will be complicated,” he added.
