Unidentified objects move so fast that they cannot be seen with the eye, but only with special equipment.
Scientists from the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine have spotted many unidentified flying objects (UFOs) over Kyiv. VICE reported this.
Researchers observed UFOs using two meteor observation stations located in Kyiv and the village of Vinarovka.
“We see them everywhere. We see a significant number of objects whose nature is unclear,” the scientists wrote.
Researchers have noted that UFOs are so fast that they are difficult to photograph. According to scientists, the size of objects in Kyiv is from 3 to 12 meters, and the speed – up to 15 km / s.
“The eye does not capture phenomena that last less than a tenth of a second. It takes four tenths of a second to recognize an event. Ordinary photos and videos will not capture UFOs either .” experts say.
So, they developed a special observation method, which takes into account the high speed of objects.
The shooting time is chosen in such a way that the image of the object is not strongly shifted. The frame rate is chosen taking into account the speed of the object and the field of view of the camera. In practice, the exposure time is less than 1 ms, and the frame rate is at least 50 Hz.
