This is the largest image taken by the James Webb Space Telescope to date.
A team of scientists working with data from the James Webb Space Telescope has published a mosaic of 690 individual images. Space.com reported it.
It is noted that the images have been given the name Epoch 1. They show distant galaxies whose light has gone from visible to infrared as it travels through time and space.
Thanks to these images, astronomers have discovered a cosmic object called the Maisie Galaxy, which may be one of the earliest galaxies ever observed, appearing less than 400 million years after the Big Bang.
Other discoveries highlighted by the CEERS team include an arc of smaller galaxies near a bright galaxy, interacting spiral galaxies, a supernova, and a cluster of red galaxies.

Cheers
It was previously reported that the James Webb Space Telescope had taken two new images of Jupiter.
