A map of the world was created, on which the most famous personalities were marked

On the map, you can see which natives of large and small cities in all countries are considered the most popular.

Finnish geographer Topi Tyukanov has created an interactive map showing the birthplaces of the world’s most talented people from industries such as culture, science, leadership and sports. This was reported by The Verge.

With its help, the author of the project has the opportunity to look at the most famous person in your town – or in any other place where you want to look.

Each name featured on the map has been identified using basic information taken from Wikipedia and Wikidata. In total, the list of celebrities includes 2.3 million people.

It was previously reported that DeepMind Technologies Limited, thanks to artificial intelligence, was able to determine the structure of every protein known to science.
