The device design uses four types of sled modules: Compute Sled Computing Module, Acceleration Module for Accelerator Sled, Data Storage Module and Network Sled Network Module. The maximum gryf can contain up to six sled modules, along with a separate power module with a two -blocks of 2500 W each.
The compute sled is equipped with an AMD Epyc 7003 Milan processor with options for 16, 32 or 64 nuclei, supports up to 512 GB of DDR4 RAM and has 512 GB NVME SSD for system data.
The storage sled is equipped with eight NVME SSD E1.L which drives with a total capacity of up to 492 GB.
The network sled has two QSFP28 100GBE ports and six SFP28 25GBE ports.
Accelerator sled can be used in Nvidia L40s (48 GB of memory), NVIDIA H100 NVL (94 GB of memory) or NVIDIA H200 NVL (141 GB of memory).
In the strongest adjustment, GRYF shows the performance of 30 teraflops in FP64 and 3.34 Petaflops in FP8 mode, with a TB/s memory capacity.
