Users have reported slow messages to send, slow loading of media files, and inability to play videos.

A major failure has occurred in Telegram messenger. Users complain about shipping problems, and more. This was reported by Downdetector.

According to preliminary data, Telegram is experiencing problems with users from different countries. At 12:50, Telegram began to resume work in Ukraine.

Residents of the aggressor country, Russia, also complained that they could not use the messenger. Most of the reports of service failures came from St. Petersburg and Moscow.

So far, users are reporting problems with:

  • server connection;

  • sending messages;

  • running the application.

The reasons for the failure are still unknown.

Users also report messages taking a long time to send, media files loading slowly, and video or audio not playing.
