Slovenia has exhausted its arsenal of what it can provide so far, but in the future it may offer assistance to Ukraine with mine clearance and briefings or training for Ukrainian troops.
Slovenia provided Kalashnikov assault rifles, helmets, body armor and 35 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine. This was announced by Slovenian Defense Minister Marjan Sarec, the Balkan Observer wrote.
According to the minister, the delivery of weapons is still ongoing.
Regarding new arms deliveries, Sarec mentioned that Slovenia has already exhausted its arsenal of what it can provide so far, but in the future it could offer assistance to Ukraine with mine clearance and instruction or training for Ukrainian troops.
Recall that after returning from Kyiv, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz was criticized by his own coalition due to the fact that on the visit he did not make any promises on providing heavy weapons.
