This Wednesday, the 18th, Blizzard Entertainment announced that “Overwatch 2” will have its first musical collaboration with the K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIMformed by Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha It is Hong Eunchae.
The collaboration will be present in the group’s next single, titled “Perfect Night”, which is scheduled for release on October 26th, at 1 am (Brasília time). Today, Source Music, the company responsible for the group, released new concept clips for the release. Look!
The creative project will also feature a custom game mode inspired by LE SSERAFIM, and in-game cosmetic items, including Overwatch hero skins. More details will be revealed on October 30th, while content will be made available in-game on November 1st.
“We are thrilled to be working with LE SSERAFIM on our first in-game music collaboration,” said Walter Kong, General Manager of Overwatch. “Just like the heroes of Overwatch, the members of LE SSERAFIM are incredible individually, and unstoppable when together.”
But the news doesn’t stop there! LE SSERAFIM is also confirmed at BlizzCon, Blizzard’s annual gaming convention scheduled to take place on November 4, in Anaheim, California, where they will present “Perfect Night” during the closing of the event.
