In a front-line hospital, doctors remove a mine shank from a soldier’s body.

Ukrainian doctors, during a very complicated operation in a front-line hospital, removed a mine shank from the body of a wounded soldier. This was reported by ICTV Facts.

“Recently, in one of the front-line hospitals, a mine shank was found in a wounded defender. The fragment damaged the main vessels of the leg, but the operating team successfully coped with the difficult task and pulled out the shank, which preserved the soldier’s leg,” the report said.

We remind you that Ukrainian doctors performed a similar operation in August of this year.

And cardiac surgeons at the Amosov Institute in Kyiv removed a stone fragment from the soldier’s heart.
