China has successfully launched commercial satellites using the Ceres-1 launch vehicle from an offshore platform. This was reported by Xinhua.
It was noted that the Ceres-1 commercial launch vehicle was launched from a platform in the East China Sea near the city of Haiyan County (Shandong Province) and launched four satellites into orbit.
This launch center marked the ninth launch of the Ceres-1 series rocket.
Ceres-1 is a privately owned disposable solid-propellant launch vehicle built by the Chinese company Galactic Energy.
Recall that in June, China launched a rocket into space with 41 satellites.
Before this, China launched the Lijian-1 Y2 solid-propellant launch vehicle into space, which launched 26 experimental satellites into orbit.
