Elon Musk’s company carried out the 62nd orbital mission in 2023 and set a new record for the number of flights per year.

The Falcon 9 launch vehicle has successfully launched another batch of 21 Starlink Internet satellites into orbit. About this September 4th reported American company SpaceX.

It was noted that the Falcon 9 launch vehicle was launched from the cosmodrome in Florida (USA) at 05:47 Kyiv time. 65 minutes after launch, 21 Starlink Internet satellites entered their planned orbit.

The Falcon 9’s first stage returned to Earth, landing about 8.5 minutes after liftoff on an unmanned platform in the Atlantic Ocean.

Founder and CEO Elon Musk said this will be SpaceX’s 62nd orbital mission in 2023, setting a new record for most flights in a year.

In 2022, Musk’s company carried out the 61st launch of rockets into orbit.

Recall that in June Space X launched Indonesia’s first Internet satellite SATRIA-1 into Earth orbit, which will connect users to the Internet even in the poorest and least accessible regions of the country.
