Scientists from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) have called the find creepy.
It was found at a depth of about three kilometers.
“A gaping hole is located on top of the magical ball, as if someone wants to break out of it, or vice versa – to break. After some jokes from X-Files and some horror films, we decided to use the machine’s robotic arm to collect a sample of the mysterious egg and analyze its DNA. Fortunately, no monster emerged from the golden egg during sampling. Moreover, it looks like gelatin or silk,” the scientists said.
It is not yet possible to identify the found artifact.
