With the end of the partnership with FIFA, the new name of the football games will take effect from 2023
This Tuesday, 10th, Electronic Arts announced that, after many years of partnership, the collaboration with FIFA has come to an end. From now on, the studio’s famous football games will be called EA Sports FC.
The news was revealed through EA’s official website, where it was also announced that news about the next game will be revealed in July 2023, in addition to stating that plans for the launch of FIFA 23 remain unchanged.
Regarding the new EA Sports FC, the company highlighted that the game will reach the public with all the content that already exists in FIFA, including clubs, tournaments, athletes, VOLTA Football, Ultimate Team and Pro Clubs. The release also revealed that the title will feature exclusive licensing for 30 leagues, 17,000 players, and more than 700 teams and 100 stadiums around the world.

So far, there is still no further information about the launch of FIFA 23, and the official arrival of EA Sports FC. FIFA 22 is available for PC, and for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The game is also available for free during the month of May for PS Plus subscribers.
