Experts predict that we should expect the emergence of a geomagnetic storm, which negatively affects people’s well-being.
A giant sunspot appeared on our planet’s star. Scientists say it could stage another plasma ejection that will crash into Earth in the coming days. Space writes about it.
It was noted that on January 4, a strong flare was recorded on the Sun, accompanied by a coronal mass ejection. According to experts, on January 5 or 6, this stream of plasma will reach the Earth. The sunspot that caused this explosion will soon turn towards Earth and throw another huge stream of solar particles that will reach our planet.
It is also known that on January 4, the Earth was at its closest distance from the Sun, and as a result of a flash in our star, a large stream of plasma went to the Earth, but it flew away. This only happened because the sunspot from which it escaped was not directed towards our planet.
But now scientists say that a sunspot called AR3163, on January 6 or 7, will move across the surface of the Sun and face our planet.
CME-WATCH – 2023.01.03: As predicted the large flare behind the east limb (see previous tweets) produced a very large, violent and fast CME. There is a second spectacular event, albeit slower, but from the southwest side right at the end of the video. pic.twitter.com/bobunGdhFW

Recall that earlier the new NASA space satellite – NOAA-21, launched in November last year, captured a stunning global image of the Earth. Even the waters of the Caribbean Sea can be seen here.
The world will be covered by a magnetic storm
