SpaceX launches Ukrainian nanosatellite into orbit

Nanosatellite developed by scientists of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Sikorsky on the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine.

On Tuesday, January 3, American billionaire Elon Musk’s company SpaceX launched the Ukrainian nanosatellite PolyITAN-HP-30 into Earth orbit. It is known from the launch of the broadcast.

It was noted that the launch of the Falcon 9 vehicle was launched from the cosmodrome in Cape Canaveral at 16:00 Kyiv time.

In space orbit, the satellite will conduct an experiment to study the efficiency of heat pipes as a key element of the spacecraft’s thermal stabilization systems.

It was earlier reported that SpaceX launched the first batch of second-generation Starlink Internet system satellites into space.
