National Assembly of Regional Governments (ANGR) He asked the Congress of the Republic to approve a bill that proposes to postpone the general election to 2023. He also asked the executive branch to lift the state of emergency and instructed the public to remain vigilant but not resort to violence.
In the same spirit, ANGR expressed its solidarity with the death of more than twenty people in different regions of the country as part of protests for early elections.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres said on Monday that holding an early general election for 2023 could be “an important factor in rebuilding social world in the country”.
