A new Florida law makes it easier for parents, residents and others to protest books and other school materials and demand their removal. This inspired the Sunshine State atheist to send letters requesting the cancellation of the Bible to 63 school districts.

“If they ban books, the whole library should be at stake. My hope – and it’s far from that – is that they will set their own standards for themselves and ban the Bible. Stevens said. in the Miami New Times.
He admitted it was hard to fight.
“I don’t have a vote,” Stevens told NPR. “My job is to remove the pretense and have the bureaucrats feed each other for lunch.”
