Ungrouped congressman Juan Burgos filed a complaint with the ethics committee Passion Davila (Perú Libre) due to an attack on him during a plenary session.
The document submitted to the chairman of the said commission, Karol Paredesclaims that the complaint is being filed “due to a lack of ethics against Congressman Passion Davila Atanasiofor the purpose of declaring it constituted and imposing a suspension sanction until 120 days of legislative assembly”.
“To you, Madam President Commission on Parliamentary Ethics I request that you consider this complaint, declare it valid, and approve a sanction for a suspension of up to 120 days of legislative authority against a congressman convicted of lack of ethics, ”the letter says.
Aggression in plenary session
