Groups of protesters arrived this Sunday afternoon to National Criminal Chamberwhere Yenifer Paredes’ 36-month pre-trial detention requirement will be allowed this Sunday.
Opponents of the government of President Pedro Castillo remain in the Tacna annex, while a few meters away is another pro-government group on Avenida. Inca Garcilaso de la Vega.
Cash National Police they had to build a fence to prevent both groups from meeting. A fence was also erected near the courthouse to prevent protesters from advancing towards its facade.
Both groups are awaiting Judge Johnny Gomez Balboa’s decision this Sunday on the prosecutor’s 36-month preventive detention requirement. Public service vs. Yennefer Paredes, daughter-in-law of the President Peter’s castle.
Rumor and tax position
The reading of the resolution was scheduled for this Friday; however, Judge Gomez ordered that it be moved to a new date due to procedural irregularities in his office. The hearing was scheduled for 4:00 pm and began shortly after 4:40 pm.
The application against the president’s daughter-in-law was filed as part of an investigation that the prosecutor’s office is conducting on suspicion of a criminal organization, money laundering and conspiracy against the state under aggravating circumstances.
According to the public ministry thesis, Yennefer Paredes unite a criminal organization led by the president Peter’s castlewhich will be dedicated to rewarding community service in exchange for money in the Cajamarca region.
Under the backing of this tax request, Paredes will be the chief “lobbyist” for said criminal organization, with her sister, First Lady Lilia Paredes, in charge of coordinating. Meanwhile the President Peter’s castle would be the head of this group, who would work closely with the then Minister of Housing, Gainer Alvarado.
Protecting the President’s Daughter-in-Law Peter’s castle pointed to RPP news that there is no possibility that Yennefer Paredes could have escaped, since she was the one who surrendered to the authorities of the public ministry more than 10 days ago.
