“We urge executive branchthat changes or adjustments made to the TNG are carried out in accordance with established procedures and do not exceed the limits of its proper powers, and that they are carried out with respect for the independence and functional autonomy of the TNG, so that they can fulfill their constitutional purpose of guaranteeing, maintaining and restoring the internal order,” the statement said.
