Lady Camones criticizes Pedro Castillo’s statements: “It’s not an obstacle, it’s a function of control.”

According to the prosecutor’s thesis, the first lady coordinated the alleged criminal organization “with the knowledge and consent of her husband,” President Castillo.

In addition, it is specified that she coordinated “the creation of opportunities, financing and acceleration of public investment projects related to the performance of work in various local government entities.” This is through her sister, Yenifer Paredes.

The day before, President Pedro Castillo himself assured that his wife would hand over his passport to the authorities. He supported the first lady and confirmed that she would submit to justice in order to prove her “innocence”.

“Today, for sure, they want to file a petition to prevent my wife from leaving the country. I must tell you that she is ready to surrender her passport in the next few hours to show that she is not going to leave the country at any time, and she must submit not only to justice, but also to prove her innocence, ”he said.
