President of the Republic Pedro Castillo swears in new Cabinet members this Friday evening after ratification Hannibal Torres as head of the Council of Ministers.
At a ceremony held at the Government Palace, the President took the oath Miguel Angel Rodriguez Mackay as the new Foreign Minister, then Alexander Salaswho leaves the Ministry of Culture to move to the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.
He also took an oath at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Gainer Alvaradowho was Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation. Cesar Paniagua will take his place in this ministry and be sworn in by the president.
In addition, the head of state took an oath Kurt Burneo as the new Minister of Economy Betsy Chavez as head of the Ministry of Culture.
