The government this Thursday unveiled a law aimed at abolishing the maximum age limit for teaching in universities, according to a rule published today in the official gazette. Peruvian man.
Law No. 31542, previously approved by the Congress of the Republic, amends section 84 of Law 30220, University Law, to optimize the principle of equality, special protection and guarantee of the right to work of teachers.

The norm, approved by President Pedro Castillo and Prime Minister Aníbal Torres, provides for the inclusion, without any restrictions and with all their rights under this law, of teachers affected by the entry into force of Law 30220, university law.
