The Supreme Court ordered Daniel Salaverri to appear with restrictions and bail of S/10,000.

Supreme Court ordered former Congressional President Daniel Salaverry to appear with restrictions as part of a preliminary investigation against him on charges of fraudulent embezzlement by appropriation and for the benefit of third parties, ideological lies and general lies to the detriment of the state.

This measure was taken by Chief Justice Juan Carlos Chekli, who partially granted the Supreme Court’s request. Second Provisional Supreme Prosecutor’s Office, specializing in crimes committed by public officialsto ensure the presence of Daniel Salaverri during the trial of this case.

The judge also ruled that Daniel Salaverri to pay a deposit in the amount of 10 thousand soles within three working days from the date of adoption or execution of this decision.
