Former minister Oscar Ugarte said he would denounce the general secretary of Peru Libre for defamation. Vladimir Serron. in conversation with RPP news, denied that Cerron treated him like a “criminal”. “I will not tolerate this for anyone,” he said.
“He stated that the resolution I signed when approving the national request in 2010 would have created an oxygen monopoly and that had implications for the pandemic. This is not true,” he said.
According to ugharte, complaint will look for this Serron take responsibility for what he said about the resolution he passed in 2010, which raised the purity of oxygen to 99%. “You have to show that this causes a monopoly and that I contributed to this,” he said.
