NEW YORK (AP) – Former White House spokeswoman Jen Psak has officially landed on MSNBC, where she is expected to appear on network cable and streaming programs, as well as host a new original show.
The program, which is set to debut in the first quarter of 2023, will “combine his unique off-the-podium perspective and his deep experience at the highest levels of government and presidential politics,” the network said. in a statement on Tuesday.
Psaki will also appear on NBC and MSNBC Prime Time during a special election program during the mid-term and 2024 presidential elections.
“His extensive experience in government and campaigning and his insights as an insider in the White House and Washington are the kind of analysis that excludes MSNBC,” MSNBC President Rashida Jones said in a statement. “He’s a familiar face and a trusted authority for MSNBC viewers and we look forward to hearing his opinion in the upcoming election season.”
On MSNBC, people on the air are mostly sympathetic to Biden and the Democrats. While he was in the Psaki White House, Democrats saw him as the champion of their goals, while the Conservatives saw him as a fighter and helpless.
MSNBC also hired Simon SandersEx as chief spokesperson for Vice President Kamala Harris. NBC News tried to differentiate between its journalists and MSNBC, increasing its opinion programming.
