Rosemary Cornejo Valdivia today announced its irrevocable resignation as Executive Director of the Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC) Office.
In a letter to Prime Minister Alberto Otarola, Cornejo Valdiviawho took office on January 10, thanked him for the opportunity to head the All-Russian State Central Committee and explained that his departure from institution This is due to “technical differences” with some ministries whose names were not included in the letter.
