Congressman Luis Cordero John Tay (People’s Power) was saved yesterday, Thursday, from removal from office plenary session of the Congress for allegedly assaulting and threatening him former partner.
73 votes in favour, 30 against and 11 abstentions. national representation granted the MP’s request Hector Valer for the final report, which recommended that Cordero be suspended for 60 days, return to Ethics Commission.
