Ervin Siccha Perezthe lawyer for the former prime minister and congresswoman Betsy Chavez, who is under investigation, confirmed that it would be “illegal” and “disproportionate” to the possible provisional arrest against his sponsors, in investigations followed by failed coup last December 7th.
