The National Attorney’s Office has launched a preliminary investigation into Congresswoman Magali Ruiz for concussion charges against the administration. A parliamentarian requesting a license from the bench of Alianza para el Progreso would make a series of illegal fees to embezzle part of his workers’ wages.
Similarly, it was decided to involve Johnny Romero Nima, chief adviser to Magali Ruiz, in the investigation as an alleged accomplice of the alleged crime.
As you know, Carlos Marina Puscan, a former parliamentary worker, was the one who said that he would be charged 1,500 sols a month for working in Special Multi-Party Commission on Child Protectionled by Ruiz Rodriguez. Marina Pushkan presented as evidence a transfer receipt that featured Romero Nima’s name, in addition to chats that would show that the legislator would be aware of the payments.
At the same time, the parliamentarian only indicated that it is not her responsibility to respond to the chats in which she participates, since she does not appear directly in the conversations. In this sense, he asked to disclose the evidence to which he is directly related.
