The State Attorney General’s Office (PGE) has requested Power of attorney February 16 at the National Prosecutor’s Office to cancel the expanded investigative statement of Prime Minister Alberto Otarola.
This statement was made as part of the preliminary investigation, which was monitored by the head of the Council of Ministers and the President Dina Boluarte for the deaths recorded during the demonstrations that began on December 7 last year.

The legal protection of the state presented the protection of rights from the act of continuing the investigative action Otarola Penaranda since, as stated, this would be done in gross violation of both due process of law and right to protection injured party.
PGE also alleges in its appeal an alleged violation of the principle predictability tax production.
The defense of rights appeared before the office of the supreme judge Juan Carlos Chekli Soriawho scheduled an appeal evaluation hearing for the next March 2 at 11:00 am.
During this hearing, which will take place in a virtual format, the complaint will be considered with the parties involved in order to make a decision on this issue.
