Besides, with 87 votes for, with no opposition and zero abstentions, the final report on the constitutional complaint against Juan Francisco Silva Villegas in his capacity as former Minister of Transport and Communications was approved. The former head of the military-technical cooperation is accused of alleged crimes of a criminal organization and conspiracy.

Silva Villegas is currently a fugitive. As of mid-2022, his whereabouts are unknown.

Likewise, by 80 votes, a final report was approved recommending that Gainer Alvarado López, in his capacity as former Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, be constitutionally charged with an alleged felony.

At the beginning of the plenum, the head of the board of directors of parliament, José Williams, specified that after voting on the final report against former President Castillo and former ministers Silva and Alvarado, a vote would be taken to move forward with the general election.
