Alberto OtarolaChairman of the Council of Ministers, said on Monday afternoon that Executive waiting for something parliament decide to postpone the general elections to 2023 after the Plenum of the Legislative Assembly approved the discussion of a new replacement text for this initiative.
In a brief statement outside the Government Palace, the executive referred to a bill announced the day before by President Dina Boluarte if the Legislative Assembly did not reach a consensus. About the constitutional reform initiative
