Power of attorney will assess this Monday, January 23rd, whether it will cancel the 15-day provisional arrest warrant issued to Rocío Leandro Melgar, President Popular Defense Front of Ayacucho.
Third National Court of Criminal Appeal indicated that the hearing would take place from 9:30 am at the headquarters of the judiciary of Carlos Zavala, located in Cercado de Lima.
In addition, the higher court will consider the cancellation of a 15-day preventive arrest order issued against 7 other individuals who, along with Leandro Melgar, are under investigation by the prosecutor’s office on suspicion of belonging to a terrorist organization that damages the state.

Appeals
