The Constitutional Court (CC) found unfounded the claim of unconstitutionality of Law 31520, an ordinance that amends the Board of Directors of the National Authority for Higher University Education (Sunedu), which was represented by 25% of the legitimate number of congressmen against the Congress of the Republic and the Executive.
“The lawsuit was filed by 25 percent of the legitimate number of congressmen against Law 31520, the Law restoring the autonomy and institutionalization of Peruvian universities, and Article 32 of Legislative Decree 1451.
