Legendary American singer Cher shared the sad news with fans. His 96-year-old mother, actress and model Georgia Holt, has passed away. It’s about him know on Twitter.
“Mom is gone,” the singer briefly wrote.
At the same time, he did not name the cause of his mother’s death, however, he previously reported that she had pneumonia.
“Sorry, I’m missing. Mom is sick from time to time. She just got out of the hospital. She had pneumonia. She’s getting better,” wrote Cher on her social networks.
It was previously reported that Cher has again expressed support for Ukraine, which opposes Russian aggression.
