  • 1 cauliflower little
  • 1 cooked broccoli

  • 2 cups peeled and diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced celery

In a container, place the peaches, arugula, the tomatoes and chia seeds and mix well. Season with salt, lemon juice and black pepper. Serve immediately.

Bell Pepper, Tomato and Ginger Salad

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of olive oil
  • 200 ml of vinegar
  • 1 red pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 green pepper cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • salt to taste

Preparation mode

In a container, place the onion, green pepper, red pepper, tomatoes and mix well. Season with oil, vinegar, ginger and salt. Serve immediately.
